BusinessBooster.ca exists for one kind of owner: the one who knows something in the business is stuck and wants it fixed within a quarter, not studied for a year. We are the 90-day sprint brand of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, a Canadian group with its headquarters in Vancouver, British Columbia. The work is led by Ali Sedighi, MBA.
The company and where it fits
BusinessBooster.ca belongs to a group of Canadian consulting businesses under one leadership.
- Sedighi.ca is where Ali Sedighi runs growth, marketing and technology consulting, through brands such as HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca.
- SAZ.ca, the Strategy & Acceleration Zone, is the group's consulting firm for strategy, AI and revenue acceleration, founded by Ali Sedighi as Founder & Managing Partner, with strategic leadership from Sedighi.ca.
- BusinessConsulting.ca publishes the group's consulting prices, which are the prices we use.
Within that group, BusinessBooster.ca has a narrow job. Other brands offer ongoing advisory, full marketing programs or long strategy work. This one runs a single 13-week sprint on a single constraint, and hands the result back to the owner.
Ali Sedighi, MBA
Ali Sedighi holds an MBA in Technology Management and has 17+ years of experience in growth and marketing, beginning in 2007 when he founded ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency. He now lives and works in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Along the way he started Conv.ca, which specialises in conversion-rate optimisation, and MyAutomation.ca; at SAZ.ca he is Founder & Managing Partner. His clients have been in Canada, the USA and Dubai.
A large share of his hands-on work has been in home heating. He has built 150+ live HVAC websites, including CombiBoiler.ca, HeatLand and BCWide.ca. That sector taught the lesson the sprint is built on: seasonal businesses have a narrow window, so you learn to find the one lever that matters and pull it before the season turns. You can read his profiles on Sedighi.ca and BusinessConsulting.ca.
How we work
Four habits shape every engagement.
- Numbers before opinions. We don't recommend anything until the diagnostic has measured where you stand. When data is missing, we estimate openly and fix tracking first.
- One constraint per sprint. Small teams finish one thing well more often than they finish five things badly.
- A weekly decision. The scoreboard review ends with one decision, written down, every week.
- A clean handoff. On day 90 you get a written keep, kill or scale list, the templates, and every account and file in your business's name.
We also say no. If the diagnostic shows the real issue is cash flow, staffing, or a problem outside marketing and sales, we tell you, and a few hours of advice may replace the sprint entirely.
What we are, and what we are not
BusinessBooster.ca provides business and marketing consulting. We don't provide accounting, legal, tax, engineering or financing services, and we don't make promises about specific rankings, enquiry counts or revenue. When a sprint touches regulated ground, such as consent rules for marketing messages or provincial consumer protection law, we point you to the official source and suggest you take professional advice.
Our proof comes from real work: results from our HVAC work, each named and linked on the results page. We don't publish client quotes, star ratings or client logos, and we would rather show you a number you can check than a quote you can't.
Why a sprint, and why now
Over many years of marketing work, one pattern kept repeating. Businesses that spread effort across everything moved slowly; businesses that fixed one thing at a time, measured weekly, moved faster and kept the gains. BCWide.ca reaching 3× leads in 90 days is the plainest example from our HVAC work. BusinessBooster.ca packages that pattern for any small or mid-sized business willing to commit a quarter to it.
Talk to us
The first 30-minute consultation is free and carries no obligation. Read the FAQ or pricing first if you like, then call, text or email. You'll speak with a senior strategist, not a sales script.
Frequently asked questions
