Which model your sprint uses depends on how much of the work your own team will do. That choice is the biggest single driver of cost.
Three ways to run a sprint
Coached sprint. Your team does the work; we run the diagnostic, design the scoreboard and lead the weekly review. This sits toward the lower end and may be scoped hourly or as a small project.
Built sprint. We do the diagnostic and also build the changes: pages, profile work, quote templates, follow-up sequences, reminder messages. This is a mid-range project or a three-month retainer.
Multi-location or multi-lane. A business with several locations, a French-language market alongside English, or a larger team running two lanes at once. These sit higher in the ranges.
What moves the price
- The lane. Quote-to-sale work is usually lighter on build time than a lead flow sprint that needs new pages and paid tests.
- The state of your data. Missing tracking or accounts held by a former vendor add hours at the start.
- Locations and languages. Each extra location or language adds setup and review time.
- Who does the work. The more your staff carry out, the more the sprint shifts to cheaper advisory time.
- Extra review touchpoints. The standard rhythm is one 30-minute review a week; more frequent check-ins add cost.
A worked check before you buy
Do this sum with your own numbers. Suppose a sprint scoped at $9,000 plus GST/HST, and your average gross profit per sale is $600. The sprint pays for itself at 15 extra sales over the quarter and the months after, or about five a month during the sprint itself.
Now look at your baseline. If you close 40 enquiries a month and the diagnostic suggests a realistic lift to 46, that's six extra sales a month, enough to cover the fee within the sprint and keep paying afterwards. If the realistic lift is one or two sales a month, a smaller coached sprint or a few hours of advice is the better buy. We would tell you that in the consultation.
Sales tax, payment and what's in writing
- Sales tax: 5% GST in BC, AB, SK, MB and the territories; 13% HST in Ontario; 14% in Nova Scotia; 15% in NB, NL and PEI; 5% GST plus 9.975% QST in Quebec (CRA rates, checked 2026-10-23).
- Payment: projects are paid by milestone, as the group's pricing page describes.
- In writing: scope, price, timeline, milestones and notice terms all go in your proposal. If a fee or policy isn't in the proposal, it isn't promised; ask and we'll add the answer.
Choosing quickly
If you are unsure of the problem, start with the diagnostic alone; it's useful even if you stop there. If you know the problem and have hands, choose a coached sprint. If you know the problem and lack hands, choose a built sprint. See the FAQ for contract and ownership questions, or call, text or email with your monthly enquiry and sales figures.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a fixed price for a sprint?
No single price fits every business, so sprints are scoped under the published models: project, retainer or hourly. Your written proposal gives the exact figure and payment milestones before anything starts.
Does the price include ad spend or software?
No. Our fees cover consulting and any agreed execution. Ad spend and software subscriptions are paid to the providers through accounts in your business's name, and how they are handled is confirmed in your proposal.
Is there a long contract?
A sprint has a natural end at week 13, and we offer no lock-in. Notice periods, milestones and any other terms are written into your proposal so you can read them before you sign.
What is the Growth Partner Program?
Under this arrangement Ali puts his own time in first and is paid from measurable results rather than a fixed fee. Terms are set case by case, and limited partnerships are available.
Do prices include sales tax?
No. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and sprint clients add the GST or HST for their province, or GST and QST in Quebec.
